How do I reset my Beoplay H100?

You can restore factory settings by pressing and holding the button on the right and left earcup at the same time for 10 seconds until the light indicator turns solid orange. This will initiate the reset process and after a few seconds, your Beoplay H100 will be ready for first-time setup again.

Scroll down to your Beoplay H100 in the Bluetooth settings on your device, select "Forget This Device" and pair them again.

Hardware reboot

It is also possible to perform a hardware reset that does not delete any settings or connections.

Press and hold the buttons on one earcup for 30 seconds to reboot the hardware.
