If you are experiencing issues with your Beocom Link A or C (Universal Dongle), the first thing you can try is checking for new software. The below steps also apply to Beocom Portal.

Start by connecting the dongle directly to your computer.

Click on "Connect". |
|

Select the universal dongle from the list of devices. Click on "Connect". |
|

4. |
A message will indicate whether the software is up to date, or if new software is available.
If an update is available, click on "Install now".

The software update will take about 1 minute. Once it is completed, a message will confirm that the software has been updated. |
