Can I recalibrate or disable Active Room Compensation for my Beosound A9 5th Gen?

a9_5th_banner.png

Active Room Compensation is performed during first-time setup of Beosound A9 5th Gen. It is possible to recalibrate, e.g. if the speaker is moved to a new position. It is also possible to disable the calibrated filters completely.

To adjust the room compensation settings, open the Bang & Olufsen app, select Beosound A9 5th Gen and go to Sound Settings. Select Room compensation.

If room compensation has already been completed, you have the option to turn it off.

To make a new measurement, tap Re-run to start a new measurement.
