How do I reset my Beosound A9 5th Gen?

  1. To factory reset Beosound A9 5th Gen, press the Settings button on the back of the speaker for eight seconds. The Product Status light indicator will start flashing white, and the speaker will become unavailable in the Bang & Olufsen app.

  2. Once the speaker has booted up, the light indicator will flash orange, indicating that the speaker is ready for setup.
  3. Open the Bang & Olufsen app to set up Beosound A9 5th Gen again.
    If the speaker has been set up in the Bang & Olufsen app before, make sure to delete it from the product list before adding it again.
