Beosound 2 3rd Gen first-time setup

Use the Bang & Olufsen app to configure and connect your Beosound 2 3rd Gen to your network. 

 

 

1. Connect to the mains supply

 

  • Place the speaker where you wish to set it up. Connect the mains cable. 
  • Wait for 1-2 minutes while the Play/Pause indicator is flashing white.
  • After the Play/Pause indicator changes to orange and a sound prompt is heard, the speaker is booted up and ready to be set up.

2. Download the Bang & Olufsen app

 

  • To set up your speaker and get the full Bang & Olufsen experience, download the Bang & Olufsen app. You can personalise your experience and access new features and product support from this app.
  • When you open the Bang & Olufsen app, you will be asked to create a user account. Once logged in, tap + to set up the new speaker.
  • Follow the instructions provided to complete the setup process.
