- To factory reset Beosound 2 3rd Gen, press the < and > buttons on the top of the speaker simultaneously for eight seconds. The Play/Pause light indicator will start flashing white, and the speaker will become unavailable in the Bang & Olufsen app.
- Once the speaker has booted up, the Play/Pause light indicator will flash orange, indicating that the speaker is ready for setup.
- Open the Bang & Olufsen app to set up Beosound 2 3rd Gen again.
If the speaker has been set up in the Bang & Olufsen app before, make sure to delete it from the product list before adding it again.
