Can I recalibrate or disable Active Room Compensation for my Beosound A5?

Active Room Compensation can be activated in the Sound settings on Beosound A5. It is possible to re-calibrate, e.g. if the speaker is moved to a new position.* It is also possible to disable the calibrated filters completely.

To adjust the room compensation settings, open the Bang & Olufsen app, select Beosound A5 and go to Sound Settings. Select Room compensation.

If room compensation has already been completed, you have the option to turn it off.

Tap Re-run to start a new measurement.

*Please keep the speaker connected to the mains during this process.
