Important: If the light indicator is flashing white and continues to do so for longer than two minutes, do NOT reset the speaker. Please wait for up to two hours to allow the speaker to update.
Connect the included mains cable to the mains supply and wait 60 seconds.
To reset Beosound A5 to factory settings, press and hold the previous (<) and next (>) buttons for more than eight seconds.
Open the Bang & Olufsen app to set up Beosound A5 again.
If the speaker has been set up in the Bang & Olufsen app before, make sure to delete it from the product list before adding it again.
