Where do I find the serial number of my Beosound A5?

You have different options to find the serial number:

  • On a label on the product packaging.
  • In the Bang & Olufsen app under "Product settings" - "About". Please note that Beosound A5 needs to be added to the app.
  • On a sticker on the right side of the speaker, behind the front cover.
