If you want to remove all paired Bluetooth devices or are experiencing issues, you can reset Beosound Core to factory settings as described below:

Switch on
- Connect the USB-C power supply to Beosound Core and mains.
- You cannot perform a factory reset if the network status indicator is flashing red or white.

Reset
- Press and hold the configuration button on the bottom of Beosound Core (marked in red) for more than 10 seconds to trigger a factory reset. The light indicator turns solid red shortly.
- After approximately one minute, your Beosound Core is ready for the first-time setup.
