How do I configure audio settings for voice calls on Beoplay H100?

Navigate to the Call settings for Beoplay H100 in the Bang & Olufsen app, where you can make custom settings and enable/disable Spatial Audio for calls:

Go to the product page, select Settings > Call settings:

  • ANC/Transparency
     
    • Custom for calls:
      • When enabled: Move the slider to set the level of ANC/Transparency for calls.
  • Spatial calls:
    • Enable for a more natural call experience.

 

Note! The selected mode is only applied for the duration of the voice call.  

 

Toggling this switch whilst listening to media content (i.e., when not in a voice call) will have no effect on your current media settings. Furthermore, when you exit a voice call, your media settings will be restored to the settings that were active before entering the voice call.
