Use the included USB-C to 3.5 mm male jack cable to connect to an analogue 3rd party source by connecting the USB-C to the Beoplay H100 and the jack connector to the 3rd party source.
If you are not hearing any sound:
- Beoplay H100 need to be switched on when used with a cabled source. This requires that the battery is charged.
- Ensure that both connectors are gently pushed all the way into each socket to ensure solid contact.
- Increase the volume on the connected source and on your Beoplay H100.
