iOS/iPadOS (devices with USB-C only):
Ensure that the streaming app is set to stream Hi-Res content.
To prevent Bluetooth from overriding the USB connection and ensure optimal sound quality, we recommend disabling Bluetooth when listening to Hi-Res audio via USB.
Android:
Ensure that the streaming app is set to stream Hi-Res content.

Windows 10/11:
System settings > Sound > Device properties (for Beoplay H100) > Additional device properties > Advanced > Default format > Set Format to 24-bit / 96kHz
Ensure that the streaming app is set to stream Hi-Res content as well.
MacOS:
Open Audio MIDI setup > Select Beoplay H100 (USB) > Set Format to 24-bit / 96kHz.
Ensure that the streaming app is set to stream Hi-Res content as well.
Please note that there is no audible benefit from enabling Hi-Res for Bluetooth or Line-in. We recommend disabling Hi-Res if only using these sources.
