How do I replace one Beoplay Eleven earphone or the charging case?

If you have lost one of your Beoplay Eleven earphones or your charging case, replacements are available for online purchase here (earphone) and here (charging case) or from your Bang & Olufsen retailer.

Note! Pairing a replacement earphone requires following specific guidelines, and it is only possible to use a specific replacement earphone. Using a random single earphone will not work. 

Prerequisites

- Bang & Olufsen app (version 6.x.x or higher)
- Charging case software version 5.0.1 or higher* 
- Earphone software version 5.1.9 or higher**
- Charging case and earphones fully charged

 

*Go to the Beoplay Eleven product page, select 'Settings' and 'Update case' to check the software version of the charging case and update, if applicable.

Earphone pairing procedure
  1. Make sure the original earphone is placed in the charging case with the lid closed.
  2. Open the Bang & Olufsen app.
  3. Open the case lid, take out the original earphone and place it next to the case.
  4. In the Bang & Olufsen app, select the Beoplay Eleven product page.
  5. Scroll down to and select 'Settings'.
  6. Select ‘Replace earbuds’.
  7. Tap ‘Continue’.
  8. Follow the instructions displayed on the screen.
    Click ‘Next’ to proceed.
  9. We highly recommend updating Beoplay Eleven to the latest software to ensure full functionality of your newly paired earphones.
    Proceed to update by tapping ‘Update now’.
  10. On the next page, tap ‘Confirm and Update’
  11. The earphones will now update to the latest software version.
  12. After updating, the earphones should now be successfully paired.

Notes

The pairing process takes approximately 2-3 minutes during which time the light indicator flashes white.
If the process has not started within 8 minutes, try closing the charging case lid and opening it again. The light indicator may be solid pink until the pairing process starts.
 

 

Charging case pairing procedure
  1. Open the Bang & Olufsen app.
  2. Place both earphones in the replacement charging case and keep the case lid open.
  3. In the Bang & Olufsen app, select the Beoplay Eleven product page.
  4. Scroll down to 'Settings'.
  5. Select ‘Replace case’.
  6. Tap ‘Start pairing’
  7. Follow the instructions displayed on the screen and tap 'Next'.
  8. A notification in the app will confirm the completed pairing process.
  9. Tap 'Done' and update the charging case if applicable.
