How do I update my Beoplay Eleven with the latest software?

To enjoy the latest product features, we recommend that you always install the latest software version.
You can update the software via the Bang & Olufsen app:

Open the Bang & Olufsen app and select Beoplay Eleven. If new software is available, it will be indicated on the product page. Tap the Software update button and follow the instructions in the app.

Note: Please do not close the app while updating your earphones and remember to have your mobile device and earphones close to each other. The charging case light indicator will pulse green while the update is in progress. When the indicator turns off, Beoplay Eleven are ready for use.
