Make sure that the light indicator on the charging case is pulsing amber while charging the earphones; otherwise, you need to reposition the earphones. Please make sure that the ear tips are fully mounted before placing the earphones in the charging case.
If there is sweat or liquid on the charging contacts, corrosion may occur. Please clean the charging terminal or earphones before charging.
