As earwax can interfere with sound quality, we recommend keeping your Beoplay Eleven as clean as possible.
Removing earwax is not as difficult as you might think. Please see the steps below:
1. Remove the ear tips
Remove your silicone or Comply™ ear tips from your Beoplay Eleven
2. Clean the Beoplay Eleven mesh filter
Carefully pry out any visible earwax with a toothpick or needle.
Note: Be careful not to damage the mesh filter.
3. Clean the ear tips
Insert a cotton swab and gently clean any earwax inside the silicone ear tips.
