Beosound A1 3rd Gen can be used as a conference call device via Bluetooth or via USB cable connected to a computer. To ensure smooth operation, check that the settings on your computer and communication channel (e.g. Skype, Microsoft Teams, etc.) list Beosound A1 3rd Gen as the source for both the speaker and microphone.
