Beosound A1 3rd Gen does not switch on, or the buttons stopped working. What can I do?

A hardware reset can often solve an issue where Beosound A1 3rd Gen has stopped responding. In order to perform a hardware reset, insert the USB-C cable and connect it to a PC or power supply while simultaneously pressing and holding the power button until the light indicator on the top turns on.

To ensure reliable operations of Beosound A1 3rd Gen, we recommend making sure it is always updated to the latest software version. The product settings page in the Bang & Olufsen app will show if a software update is available for your Beosound A1 3rd Gen.
