What do the light indicators on my Beoplay HX mean?

Beoplay HX have two light indicators: one showing the status of headphones and one showing the status of the battery:

Product indicator (next to on/off and Bluetooth button)

Solid white

- Switched on

White

- Switching off (by user or automatically after no signal for 15 minutes)

Solid blue

- Bluetooth connected / disconnected (5 seconds)

Flashing blue

- Bluetooth pairing mode (ready to pair with a device)

Solid red

- Bluetooth pairing failed (5 seconds)

Flashing red

- Factory reset (5 seconds)

Pulsing green

- Software update ongoing

Battery indicator  

Pulsing orange

- Battery charging

Solid green

- Charging complete

Flashing red

- Charging error

Solid red

- Battery low (2 - 10% charge)

Flashing red

- Battery critically low (below 1% charge)
