To find the serial number on Beoplay HX, please look between the housing and the left ear cushion (SN followed by an 8-digit number).
Alternatively, if your Beoplay HX are added to the Bang & Olufsen app, you can find the 8-digit serial number under "Product information -> Product settings -> About", on your invoice and on the Beoplay HX packaging.
