Shipping regulations do not allow battery capacity to exceed certain level for safety purposes. The Beoplay Portal will be shipped with a minimum of battery power. We recommend fully charging your Beoplay Portal before using them for the first time. The light indicator will turn solid green when the battery is fully charged.
