How to optimise your home setup

The Setup Overview feature in the Bang & Olufsen app helps you optimise your home sound experience. Find the feature in the Settings menu and start exploring.

You can use Setup Overview to troubleshoot connectivity issues in your Wi-Fi connected products, as well as see if your Bluetooth products are up to date. If something is not working quite right, you can reach out to our support team directly through the app.

 

Issues with your products connected to Wi-Fi?

With the Setup Overview feature you can:

  • Always see what’s going on in your home setup with real-time insights into your Wi-Fi connected products
  • Check the strength of your Wi-Fi network and see if it needs to be optimised
  • See all actively playing products
  • Get customised tips for your product setup
  • Restart or reset your products
  • Get further assistance from our support team

 

Issues with your products connected to Bluetooth?

With the Setup Overview feature you can:

  • See all actively playing products
  • Get an overview of your battery status and remaining play time
  • Check if your product has the latest software installed or update it 
  • Restart or reset your products
  • Get customised tips for your product setup
  • Get further assistance from our support team

 

How to get started

You can download the Bang & Olufsen app here:

     

Select your product, tap Support and select Setup Overview.
