The sound is distorted in my Beoplay Portal. What can I do?


If you are hearing unexpected sounds in your Beoplay Portal, first try exiting to your console's or device’s Home screen to rule out that the sounds are coming from the game. You should also check to see if a firmware update is available, click here for more details . If the issue persists, try restarting both devices. You can also go into headset settings and select 'Restore to default' to reset the equalizer levels.
