Why does Beolab 28 not include a built-in voice assistant?

From consumer insights we know that the use cases and user patterns are different from product to product. The Beolab 28 invites for an immersive experience either with a Bang & Olufsen TV, where you would typically use a physical remote control and/or as a stand-alone music system that can be controlled via your smartphone, or a Beoremote Halo. For customers that wish to operate Beolab 28 using their voice, we recommend to use Siri with AirPlay or Google Assistant with Google Cast. You can do this with any Bang & Olufsen product that supports the Google Assistant built-in and Google Cast, for example Beosound 2 or Beosound Level.
