Why does Beolab 28 not include a built-in voice assistant?

From consumer insights we know that the use cases and user patterns are different from product to product. The Beolab 28 invites for an immersive experience either with a Bang & Olufsen TV, where you would typically use a physical remote control and/or as a stand-alone music system that can be controlled via your smartphone, or a Beoremote Halo. For customers that wish to operate Beolab 28 using their voice, we recommend to use Siri with AirPlay 2 or Google Assistant with Chromecast. You can do this with any Bang & Olufsen product that supports the Google Assistant built-in and Chromecast built-in, for example Beosound 2 or Beosound Level.
