Why can’t I connect to my Beosound Explore when it is in True wireless stereo mode?

bo_header_speakers_beosound_explore.jpg

When you have set up two Beosound Explore speakers in True wireless stereo, one of the speakers acts as the primary device and the other as the secondary device. In this mode the secondary device will not be able to connect to the Bang & Olufsen app independently and will be displayed as ‘not connected’ in your phone’s Bluetooth settings. Once you cancel the True wireless stereo pairing, the speaker will be able to connect to the Bang & Olufsen app and be viewable as ‘connected’ in your phone’s Bluetooth settings.
