- Factory reset
Press and hold the <Power> and <Bluetooth> buttons simultaneously until the light indicator turns from white to red. This will remove all paired Bluetooth devices and settings. After the procedure is done, you can switch on the speaker again, and it will go straight into Bluetooth pairing mode.
- Hardware reset
A hardware reset can often solve an issue where Beosound Explore has stopped responding. In order to perform a hardware reset, insert the USB-C cable and connect it to a PC or power supply while simultaneously pressing and holding the power button until the light indicator on the top turns on.
Your Beosound Explore is in “display mode”.
Please follow the instructions below to exit “display mode”:- Insert the USB-C cable.
- Press and hold the <Power> and <Vol+> buttons at the same time for about 10 seconds.
- The light indicator will start flashing white quickly.
- Remove the USB-C cable, and the speaker should remain switched on.
