There is no sound when Beosound Explore is connected to my Android phone. Why?

If you are using an Android phone that supports Google Fast Pair and experience sound issues, then try disconnecting and reconnecting the Bluetooth connection. Always ensure that Beosound Explore is updated to the latest software via the Bang & Olufsen app.
