The serial number is a unique identifier of your Beoplay E8. This is used for warranty claims, registration and for our customer service team to identify your Beoplay E8.
The 8-digit serial number and the 4-digit date code are printed on the inside of the charging case and on the original box near the bar codes.
Alternatively, the 8-digit serial number can also be found in the Bang & Olufsen app under "Settings -> Products > Beoplay E8 > About".
