What can I do if my Beoplay E8 become unresponsive or are not fully working?

You can restart your Beoplay E8 by placing both earphones in the charging case and then charging the case using the Micro-USB cable.

After a few seconds, remove the earphones from the charging case, touch the right earphone to switch them on and then start playback.
