If you are experiencing difficulties reconnecting to your Microsoft device, please try the following steps:
1. Open Settings, then Bluetooth & Other Devices
2. Verify if Beoplay E8 2.0 is listed as an already paired device, if yes, please remove the connection. If not, proceed to the next step
3. Switch on your Beoplay E8 2.0
4. Enable pairing mode on your Beoplay E8 2.0 by pressing and holding both earbuds simultaneously for 3-5 seconds and letting go once the indicator on the right earbud is flashing blue (pairing mode)
5. A notification should appear on the right side of your screen asking to connect your Beoplay E8 2.0
6. Click to connect
