We recommend charging your Beoplay E8 Motion fully before initiating a software update. During the software update, do not place the earbuds in the charging case as this will switch off Beoplay E8 Motion and interrupt the software update.
In addition, if the Beoplay E8 Motion have less than 15% battery power remaining (flashing red), they may switch off during a software update.
