I have unbalanced sound in my Beoplay E8 earbuds

When short disconnections in Bluetooth occur because of interference, in some cases the balance of the music shifts to the left earbud when connected again. About 70% of the volume can be limited to the left earbud and only 30% to the right. This happens if some Bluetooth data packages are missing after the dropout, causing a misalignment in the music level.

When this happens:
The Bluetooth transmission needs to be stopped and restarted from the mobile device:
Press pause, wait 5-10 seconds and press play.

Alternatively, Beoplay E8 can be placed in the charging case to switch them off, and then you can remove them and connect to your mobile device again.
