Reset your Beoplay E8 by touching and holding the touch fields on both earbuds simultaneously for about 10 seconds until the indicator on the right earbud starts flashing red.
Once Beoplay E8 have been reset to factory settings, they must be paired with your device again:
- Remove the Beoplay E8 Bluetooth pairing from your mobile device (forget device)
- Switch off your mobile device
- Switch on your mobile device after 5 seconds
- Set Beoplay E8 in Bluetooth pairing mode by touching and holding the touch fields on both earbuds for about 5 seconds until the light indicators start flashing blue
- When Beoplay E8 become available for pairing in the list of Bluetooth devices on your mobile device, tap to connect.
