As earwax can interfere with sound quality, we recommend keeping your Beoplay E8 2.0 as clean as possible.
Removing earwax is not as difficult as you might think. Please see the steps below:

   Remove the ear tips

   • Remove the ear tips from your Beoplay E8 2.0

   Clean the mesh filter

   • Carefully pry out any visible earwax with a toothpick or needle. 
   
   Note: Be careful not to damage the mesh filter.

   Clean the ear tips

   • Insert a cotton swab and gently clean any earwax inside the ear tips

   Mount the ear tips 

   We highly recommend using Comply Foam ear tips with a built-in wax guard as this will help keep your Beoplay E8 2.0 clean and prevent earwax from blocking the sound signal.
