If your Beoplay P2 is added to the Bang & Olufsen app, you can find the 8-digit serial number under "Product information -> Product settings -> About."

Alternatively, the serial number can be found on the packaging of Beoplay P2. If these options are not available, it is printed on the label underneath the Beoplay P2 grill cover. Use any thin plastic part without sharp edges or your thumbnails to gently pry open the Beoplay P2 grill at the designated groove joint as shown in the pictures below.
