My Beoplay H9 are unresponsive, what should I do?

If Beoplay H9 is connected to a Micro-USB cable, disconnect the cable first and then re-connect the cable and try again. 
Alternatively, remove the battery from the compartment in the left earcup and insert it back. The product should then be able to switch on again.
