To enjoy the latest features, we recommend that you always install the latest software version. You can update the software via the Bang & Olufsen app: 
Select the product and tap “Product Settings -> Software -> Update Software”.

You can also update using a Mac or Windows computer. Install the Beoplay Software Updater here and follow the steps below:

   Open Beoplay Software Updater

   • Select Beoplay H9 3rd Gen from the list of products.
   • Click Download to start downloading the update.
   
   Note: Download times may vary depending on your Internet connection.

   Connect and reset your Beoplay H9 3rd Gen

   • Connect the USB-C cable to your computer and then to your Beoplay H9 3rd Gen.
   • Perform a factory reset by moving the switch to Bluetooth position and holding for about 12 seconds until the light indicator flashes red.
   • Click Continue and wait for the update to finish.

   Update successful

   • Disconnect the USB-C cable from your Beoplay H9 3rd Gen. Your Beoplay H9 3rd Gen are now ready for use.
   
   Note:You will have to establish a new Bluetooth connection to your favourite devices.
