How do I reset Beoplay A1 and remove all paired Bluetooth devices?

If you want to remove all paired Bluetooth devices or are experiencing issues, you can reset Beoplay A1 to factory settings as described below:

      Fully charge Beoplay A1

      • Connect the included USB cable to the Beoplay A1 and to a charging adapter, and connect the charging adapter to a power supply.
      • After charging for around 2.5 hours, to ensure that it is fully charged, proceed to the next steps.

      Note: A charging adapter of a maximum of 5V / 3A can be used to charge your Beoplay A1.

      Switch on Beoplay A1

       Press the power button to switch on Beoplay A1. The product indicator light will turn white which indicates that Beoplay A1 is switched on

      Reset Beoplay A1

      To remove all paired Bluetooth devices and settings, press and hold the Bluetooth and power buttons simultaneously until the product indicator turns from red to white. Beoplay A1 is reset to factory settings (all paired devices are removed).
      • After resetting you will need to pair your Beoplay A1 to your mobile device again. This means that you need to remove it from the list of paired Bluetooth devices on your mobile device before adding it again.
