Where do I find the serial number of my Beoplay A1?

You have different options for finding the serial number:

On a label on the product packaging
In the Bang & Olufsen app under "Product settings" - "About". Please note that Beoplay A1 needs to be connected to the app and switched on.
On a label under the aluminium grill: Turn the grill 5 mm counter-clockwise and lift.
