How do I reset Beoplay P2 and remove all paired Bluetooth devices?

If you want to remove all paired Bluetooth devices or are experiencing issues with pairing, you can reset Beoplay P2 to factory settings as described below:

      Fully charge the Beoplay P2

      • Connect the included USB cable to the Beoplay P2 and to a charging adapter, and connect the charging adapter to a power supply.
      • After charging the Beoplay P2 for around 2.5 hours, proceed to the next steps.

      Note: A charging adapter of a maximum of 5V / 3A can be used to charge your Beoplay P2.

      Switch on Beoplay P2

       Switch on Beoplay P2 by pressing the button.
       The product indicator light will turn white which indicates that Beoplay P2 is switched on.

      Reset Beoplay P2

      To remove all paired Bluetooth devices and settings, press and hold the button for approximately 12 seconds until the indicator turns from red to white. Beoplay P2 is now reset.
      • After resetting you will need to pair your Beoplay P2 to your mobile device again. This means that you need to remove Beoplay P2 from the list of paired Bluetooth devices on your mobile device before adding it again.
