Why is the tap function not working on my Beoplay P2?

Double-tap the Beoplay P2 grill using two fingers and make sure the thumb or the other fingers are not touching the grill. Customise the double-tap function by selecting the different features (eg. alarm clock, remote, voice) in the Bang & Olufsen app.
