The software update for my Beoplay H5 was interrupted process, why?

We recommend charging your Beoplay H5 fully before you initiate any software update. During the software update, do not connect the two magnetic ends of the earbuds as this will switch off Beoplay H5 and interrupt the software update. In addition, if your Beoplay H5 have less than 15% battery power remaining (LED indicator flashing red), they may switch off during a software update.
