You can restore your Beosound Stage to factory settings by holding the settings button found on the back of the speaker, behind the frame. Hold the button until the status indicator flashes red. Your Beosound Stage will begin the reset process and after approximately one minute. Once reset, your Beosound Stage is ready for the first-time setup again.
