Why are my Beoplay E6 Motion not charging?

Ensure that the metal pads on your Beoplay E6 Motion charging port are in contact with the metal pins on the charging dongle.

The LED indicator on the Beoplay E6 Motion flashes orange to indicate charging when it is positioned correctly.		 mceclip0.png
