If your Beosound 1 has become unresponsive, you can perform a hardware reset:
- Connect Beosound 1 to the mains and switch it on.
- Press and hold the power button to the left of the power socket in the socket panel for approx. 20 seconds. This will make the Beosound 1 switch off and then back on.
