The software update for my Beoplay E6 Motion was interrupted, why?

We recommend charging your Beoplay E6 Motion fully before you initiate any software update. During the software update, do not connect the two magnetic ends of the earbuds as this will switch off the Beoplay E6 Motion and interrupt the software update. In addition, if your Beoplay E6 Motion have less than 15% battery power remaining (LED indicator flashing red), they may switch off during a software update.
