Follow the instructions below to learn how to reset your Beoplay P2 to factory settings:

1. To reset your Beoplay P2 and remove all paired Bluetooth devices and settings, press and hold the button until the indicator turns from red to white, after 12 seconds.
2. Remove all previously paired connections of Beoplay P2 from your mobile device.
3. Switch off your mobile device.
4. Switch on your mobile device after 5 seconds.
5. Set Beoplay P2 in pairing mode by pressing and holding the button for 2 seconds. The product indicator will start flashing blue, and your Beoplay P2 is ready to connect to your device (phone, computer, tablet, etc.).
6. Beoplay P2 should become available for pairing in the list of Bluetooth devices on your mobile device. Tap to connect.
