If you want to remove all paired Bluetooth devices or are experiencing issues while trying to connect, you can reset Beoplay P2 to factory settings as described below:

Press the button to switch on Beoplay P2.
- Press and hold the button for 12 seconds until the light indicator turns from red to white.
- After resetting you will need to pair your Beoplay P2 to your mobile device again. This means that you need to remove it from the list of paired Bluetooth devices on your mobile device before adding it again.
- Set Beoplay P2 in pairing mode by pressing and holding the button for 2 seconds. The light indicator will start flashing blue, and your Beoplay P2 is ready to connect to your device (phone, computer, tablet, etc.).
